We provide various services including pre-sale consulting, system design, commissioning guide, equipment maintenance and spare parts supply. As China agent of MAN (Germany) marine engine and Koler (USA) marine generator set, our qualified service, particularly in small and medium boat equipment market, is leading in China.
 
Pre-sale Service
We provide detailed technical reference in order to help clients to choose right equipments and system design.
Service Quality Assurance:
Our professional sales team makes well-designed proposal and optimized equipment configuration for our clients.
 
On-site Commissioning

We provide on-site installation check and operation training for relevant staff.

Service Quality Assurance:
Service report and client satisfaction form will be conducted, after on-site installation guide and commissioning, by our service team to ensure service quality.
 
After-sale Service

We strictly obey industrial rules and regulations in domestic market. we carry out three-R guarantees (repair, replacement, refund). We've set up customer database for the follow-up service, regular visit and permanent maintenance.
1. Proactive service: client satisfaction research, product check and customer service investigation.
2. Hot-line: 24/7 after-sale technical consulting and support.
3. On-site Service: Our technical staff will arrive on spot to resolve problems as soon as possible.

Service Quality Assurance:
We will respond within 1 hours once we receive the trouble report and service complaint. Emergency services will be handled within 4 hours in Shanghai city and 48 hours out of Shanghai city.
P.S. Engines and generator sets’ warranty periods are 12 months from the date of delivery or 2000 hours from the date of engine starts (Whichever comes first); Air Conditioners’ warranty period is 18 months from the date of delivery or 12 months from the the date of boat delivery (Whichever comes first).
 
Spare Parts Supply

We provides various kinds of spare parts and related technical support for our clients.

Service quality assurance:
We keep sufficient storage of spare parts for all kinds of equipments to ensure in time spare parts supply. We also have storage of some spare parts of other brand generator sets to meet different customer requirement.
 
Major Overhaul or Maintenance Service

We provide perennial major overhaul and maintenance service.

Service Quality Assurance:
We'll provide clients suggestions and implement major overhaul and maintenance service under clients' request, CCS test will be conducted after major overhaul if client requires.
