HamiltonJet’s new product promotion presentation in Guangzhou was successfully held on November 26th 2021 at the New Zealand Consulate in Guangzhou.

       Due to the epidemic, Shanghai Ocean controlled the size of the presentation strictly and completed the epidemic prevention and control before the presentation with the help of New Zealand Trade Development Authority (NZTE), so as to make the presentation safe and fruitful. Representatives from shipyards, design institutes and end-users in Guangzhou were invited to the presentation. The main content of the presentation was to introduce the four new models of the two series of HamiltonJet - HJX and HTX, the new electronic control system AVX, and the new jet of EHX (hybrid system) which respond to the needs of environmental protection and automation.

     The Consul General, Ms. Rebekah Mawson, and the Commercial Consul, Mr. Pete Frost, attended the presentation to attach the importance from the New Zealand Consulate in Guangzhou.

     The aquatic environment is changing constantly. People are dependent on the sea and rivers for commerce, energy, leisure and security increasingly. Meanwhile the traffic on the water is increasing. How to focus on mission execution in vessel operations and ensure safety and reliability while improving efficiency and precision? It takes new challenges for vessel propulsion systems.

       In the past five years, HamiltonJet has made full investment in product upgrading. Even though the epidemic affected production, their R&D team made great efforts and didn’t stop to move forward. After several years’ dedicated development, HamiltonJet has launched a new generation of jets, HJX and HTX series, supplemented by a new electronic control system, AVX, which has been upgraded. EHX, which focuses on environmental protection and automation advantages, has also been proven on the global market.       At the presentation, Shanghai Ocean team introduced the product features, technical advantages and application cases of HamiltonJet's new series of jets. At the same time, through a remote link, representatives (Mike Shearer, Anil Singh and Sam Moore) from HamiltonJet participated the meeting and Anil Singh introduced the brand development and achievements in the past two years under the epidemic. The size of this presentation was small, but delivered the high value and sincerity of HamiltonJet brand to the Chinese market and Chinese users comprehensively, as well as the strategic intention and direction of brand development.

       The most important was that at the beginning of the presentation, Mr. Pete Frost, the New Zealand Commercial Consul, introduced the development overview of the New Zealand boating industry and gave the participants more information about the background of HamiltonJet brand development.
